Job Description

We are looking for a driven, independent, and experienced Regional Partner Development Manager who is passionate about medtech and mental wellness to join our growth journey. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing Neeuro’s business partners to drive our sales objectives, plan, and execute initiatives to build a sustainable business model with our partners. This is an individual contributor role and you are expected to be hands-on.


  • Responsible for regional sales targets and measurements
  • Develop and execute sales strategy to expand Neeuro’s footprint
  • Enable the partners with sales tools, education to ensure the highest standard of quality
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including marketing, sales, operations, engineering to create and deliver solutions and programs to partners
  • Manage commercial terms and contracts with partners
  • Manage a reliable sales forecast on a regular basis, acting in accordance with Neeuro’s sales forecasting processes

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater
  • At least 3 years in partners management in medtech, healthcare or related industry
  • Possess B2B experience, with the ability to cover key stakeholders
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Fluency in foreign languages such as Japanese, Thai, German or Spanish language will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization
  • Be ready for business travel, and able to work independently
