Regional Marketing Manager

Neeuro is looking for a hands-on, driven, and experienced Regional Marketing Manager who is passionate about neurotechnology and mental wellness to join our growth journey. You will drive Neeuro’s branding internationally, develop and execute our digital outreach to our partners and consumers, and perform day-to-day marketing operations.

• Strategize and lead all Branding and Marketing activities, from demand generation to managing Neeuro’s digital footprint and event management
• Plan, implement and maintain social media campaigns to promote Neeuro’s branding
• Develop marketing assets and market intelligence with contents for external and internal target audiences
• Solicit customers’ feedback and market insights, perform digital analytics and impact analysis of initiatives to fine tune marketing plans and to increase sales pipeline conversion
• Establish budget guidelines and ensure marketing resources are well optimized
• Engage with Business, Operations and Engineering team to align the marketing plans and support
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities

• Bachelor’s Degree or greater
• At least 5 years regional marketing experience with good track records in B2B digital marketing, strategy, and event execution
• Understanding of lead management processes related to marketing programs, activities, campaigns etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven mindset and eye for creativity and details
• Project Management skills
• Experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization, with China market exposure, will be an advantage
• Competent in various digital marketing strategy (e.g. SEO, SEM, SMM), digital analytics, marketing automation and tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hubspot)
• Be able to work remotely and independently
