Regional Business Operations Executive

We are looking for driven, independent, and experienced Regional Business Operations Executive who is passionate about medtech and mental wellness to join our growth journey. You will be supporting the Chief Operating Officer to plan and drive strategic initiatives, nurture and support Neeuro’s business partners to build a sustainable business model. This is an individual contributor role and you are expected to be hands-on.

Singapore (Hybrid)

• Execute the day-to-day operations and support of onboarded and prospective business partners
• Enable the partners with sales tools, education to ensure the highest standard of quality  
• Collaborate with various internal teams including marketing, sales, operations, engineering to create and deliver solutions and programs to partners 
• Manage pricing, commercial terms and contracts with partners
• Manage a reliable sales forecast on a regular basis, acting in accordance with Neeuro’s sales forecasting processes

• Bachelor’s degree or greater
• At least 3 years in partners management in medtech, healthcare or related industry
• B2B sales experience and ability to cover stake holders will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and possess analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English
• Fluency in Chinese, Thai or Indonesian Bahasa (verbal, written) will be an advantage
• Experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization 
• Be ready for business travel
