Job Description

Neeuro is in search of self-starters who are passionate about helping clients. The Leads Generator is responsible for finding new leads; potential partners in Neeuro’s different target segments. The role also requires the individual to assist the sales team identify suitable persons in charge and decision makers which are crucial in expanding the business. They will also be from time to time tasked to do market studies.

Roles

  • To work closely with the Business Development and Sales team in for pre-sales support such as new business prospecting, email marketing, POC identification, industry/market studies, appointment setting, LinkedIn leads generation strategy, etc.
  • To hit the target KPI of companies to reach out to from different pools of sources. 
  • To keep abreast with current market trends and provide suggestions on how to improve our strategies and approaches. 
  • Provide client feedback to relevant teams (R&D, Marketing, etc) to improve Neeuro’s solutions and services

Skills and Requirements

  • Self-starter, proactive, and with strong determination
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in the Healthcare/Elderly/Children’s Education/Wellness industries is an advantage 
  • 2 to 3 years relevant experience in Telesales/Telemarketing
  • Expert research and analytical skills with a curious mindset
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills. Must be proficient in (Simplified Chinese/Thai/Indonesian/Japanese/German/Spanish) and be able to speak and write good International English
  • Able to read and write effective sales copy and emails using English
  • Must be tech savvy and comfortable in doing online demos using Neeuro’s solutions
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Teams, and video conferencing platforms
