Job Description

Neeuro is inviting Digital Sales Specialists to join us in empowering society to overcome life’s brain health challenges. We are looking for a passionate individual who is hands-on, self-motivated, independent, and adaptable, to be responsible for achieving sales targets and profit growth within his or her assigned country(s)/region and accounts from leads generation to closing deals and providing post-sales services to partners and clients.

Location

India, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Brazil, Spain

Roles

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to expand Neeuro’s footprint in the assigned territory, including new business prospecting
  • Manage inbound leads and qualify their potential and size
  • Introduce Neeuro solutions to potential partners and customers including leads harvesting, leads exercise (emails, calls, appointment setting, LinkedIn leads generation strategy, etc), conducting online presentations, deals management including closing
  • Enable the partners with sales tools, and education to ensure the highest standard of quality
  • Drive outbound lead generation campaign, together with Marketing team
  • Provide client feedback to relevant teams (R&D, Marketing, etc) to improve Neeuro’s solutions and services
  • Keep abreast with current market trends and provide suggestions on how to improve strategies and approaches
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including marketing, sales, operations, and engineering to create and deliver solutions and programs to partners

Skills and Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in Digital Sales with a proven sales track record  
  • Prior experience in the Medtech, healthcare or related industries is an advantage
  • Possess B2B experience, with the ability to cover key stakeholders
  • Self-starter, proactive, with strong determination and ability to work independently
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision making and analytical skills, and must be detailed oriented
  • Expert research and analytical skills with a curious mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills. Language proficiency in any of these languages will be an advantage: Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Japanese, German or Spanish
  • Must be tech savvy and comfortable in doing online demos using Neeuro’s solutions
  • Be ready for regional business travel when required
