Job Description

We are looking for hands-on, driven and experienced Digital Marketing Lead who is passionate about neurotechnology and mental wellness to join our growth journey. You will develop, drive and execute our global & regional digital marketing strategy to increase outbound sales to our partners and consumers and to perform day-to-day marketing operations.


Malaysia or Philippines (Remote)


  • Strategizes, Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence
  • Brainstorms and executes creative growth strategies through digital marketing to support business goals
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
  • Collaborates with internal Business, Engineering and Operations teams to create content and optimize user experience

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater 
  • At least 5 years of regional marketing experience with good track records in B2B digital marketing and strategy 
  • Solid knowledge of website, social media, and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Competent in various digital marketing strategies (e.g. SEO, SEM, SMM) 
  • Experience in A/B and multivariate experiments, optimizing landing pages and user funnels 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Deep understanding of lead management processes related to marketing programs, activities, campaigns etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Chinese will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a metrics-driven mindset and eye for creativity and details
  • Experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization, with China market exposure will be an advantage
  • Be able to work remotely and independently
